  Permatex Steel Weld Epoxy

  Versatile, easy-to-use, multi-metal epoxy adhesive is two-part adhesive and filler system that eliminates the need for welding or brazing. Sets in four minutes, no clamping needed. Dark grey appearance. Fills gaps and will not shrink. When cured, can be drilled, sanded, threaded or filed. Resistant to water and solvents. Permanent strength up to 4500 PSI. Ideal for complex, multi-piece assemblies and for bonding rigid materials. Use to seal welded seams, fill metal cracks, and mount metal components.

  Tips for Epoxy Applications

  When mixing together the resin and hardener, the epoxy material will heat up which could cause some containers to melt.	Unlike super glue, epoxies are for use on structural repairs where holding strength is key. Epoxies are not a replacement for super glue.	Keep curing epoxy away from direct sunlight and water. Clear epoxy exposed to direct sunlight during curing may yellow. After curing, epoxy is resistant to water.
